Raised room by room.
When we opened in 1982 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one principle: guests are not revenue lines, they are people we have asked into our home. 44 years later we have 110 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and that principle has not shifted at all.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. We have, over 44 years, chosen one path and held to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what good hospitality looks like. That quality cannot come from a building alone. It comes from people.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And, when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so that the next 44 years improve on the last.
A day drawn around you
Set your own rhythm: a calm morning, an unhurried lunch, a late seating, a fortunate night.
Kitchen Favourites
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest decides tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not invent seasonal plates — they allow the season to write itself onto the dish, each morning, in pencil.

Jazz evenings in the main bar, headline shows in the rotunda, and intimate lounge sets four nights a week. The pianist on Thursday has been with us for years. Some guests travel solely to hear him play.
DISCOVER MORE →A shoreline haven, 44 years in the making.
Founded in 1982 on a private stretch of Mediterranean shore, Goldendeltacourt was conceived for guests who judge worth by how a place feels, not by what it puts on show. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Today we have 110 keys, three restaurants and one private gaming salons, but the original kitchen still serves dinner every night.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, each room and each ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has been with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the reason we exist.
We hold a five-star rating from every guide that counts, yet the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 55 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we track.
